The Spectrum of Teaching Styles is one of the most thoroughly researched models in not just PE, but education. For over 50 years, The Spectrum has endured as a pedagogical conception for teaching, coaching and research in physical education internationally. It continues to present as a practical framework for the provision of instruction in physical education
