Abstract | This Research in progress presents a gap in the current literature and a project which will explore the adaptation of undergraduate students to blended learning environments within tertiary education in the UAE. Blended learning environments are becoming increasingly common in global higher education and this trend has spread to the UAE. This study will focus on students who have been exposed to a highly traditional school education and examine individual, social and cultural factors that influence the adaptation to a novel blended learning environment. |
